CONDITIONING DRILLS - Kim’s Corner

Hey girls!  These videos are stretches we want you to do three times each week.  The purpose behind this is so that you can make sure that your muscles are balanced and healthy as you begin your softball season with teamSmith.  Ensuring that you are stretching your muscles on a regular basis will help prevent aches and pains, as well as help you feel better and prevent soreness after workouts.  There will be more to come but start here for now.  Enjoy!!!  Please watch the intro video before you proceed to the others.
